Position 1: Apprentice Carpenter

Overview

This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in carpentry and construction. You’ll work directly alongside experienced carpenters and gain hands-on training in all aspects of the trade.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with framing, trim work, and general carpentry tasks

  • Measure, cut, and install materials under supervision

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

  • Follow safety procedures and company standards

  • Learn and develop skills in all phases of construction

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical environment

  • Basic knowledge of tools is a plus

Position 2: Journeyman Carpenter

Overview

We are seeking a skilled carpenter who can work independently, lead portions of projects, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship across multiple phases of construction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform framing, finishing, and trim carpentry at a high level

  • Read and execute plans and specifications

  • Lead job site tasks and assist in coordinating workflow

  • Ensure quality control and attention to detail

  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of carpentry experience

  • Strong skills in framing and finish carpentry

  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site

  • Leadership mindset and team-oriented attitude

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
