Position 1: Apprentice Carpenter
Overview
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in carpentry and construction. You’ll work directly alongside experienced carpenters and gain hands-on training in all aspects of the trade.Responsibilities
Assist with framing, trim work, and general carpentry tasks
Measure, cut, and install materials under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Learn and develop skills in all phases of construction
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical environment
Basic knowledge of tools is a plus

Position 2: Journeyman Carpenter
Overview
We are seeking a skilled carpenter who can work independently, lead portions of projects, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship across multiple phases of construction.
Responsibilities
Perform framing, finishing, and trim carpentry at a high level
Read and execute plans and specifications
Lead job site tasks and assist in coordinating workflow
Ensure quality control and attention to detail
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
3+ years of carpentry experience
Strong skills in framing and finish carpentry
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
Leadership mindset and team-oriented attitude
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
